Barb has worked at The Upper Cut for over 30 years. She has studied with AVEDA, Martin Parsons, TIGI, American Crew, and Redken. Custom color including Balayage, multidimensional color, highlights, and precision hair-cutting are some of her specialties. She is also certified for Keratin Smoothing Treatments. She is in the process of completing The Mastery Series with Aveda Education. Ongoing education is always a part of her life.

Sherry has been a licensed cosmetologist for over 30 years and has been with The Upper Cut for 31 years. She studied at the American Crew Academy in Boulder, Co., Aveda Congress in New York City, as well as, attended various advanced education classes in cutting and coloring with Aveda, Tigi, Goldwell, Redken, Wella, Matrix, Unite, Joico, and Paul Mitchell. She also attended personal cutting classes with Nick Arrojo, motivational and customer service classes and seminars with Geno Stampora. Sherry specializes in multi-dimensional highlighting, color, precision cuts. She is certified in Keratin Complex Smoothing Treatment. She is in the process of completing The Mastery Series with Aveda Education.

Cheryl has over 30 years of experience at the Upper Cut and over 40 years of experience overall. She is Aveda certified and specializes in multi-dimensional color, highlighting, perms, women’s and men’s cuts, waxing and is certified in Keratin Complex Smoothing Treatment. She is in the process of completing The Mastery Series with Aveda Education.

Andrea has over 25 years of experience, and is a former salon owner. She specializes in texturized cutting, and custom color techniques. She is certified with DreamCatchers Extensions and Keratin Complex Smoothing Treatments. She received her education from Schilling Douglas, and attended Delaware College of Arts & Design as well as Aveda and Tigi extended education courses.  She is currently one of our Aveda Ambassadors working to promote team engagement with special focus on business and education for our team. Andrea has also completed The Mastery Series with Aveda Education.

With sixteen years experience, she specializes in women’s cuts, multidimensional color and highlighting. She has also received advanced training from Goldwell, Redken, Paul Mitchell and Schwarzkopf. She is certified in Keratin complex smoothing treatments as well as Brazilian Blowout. Ronni is also trained in bridal design  and special occasion makeup. 

Samantha is a Licensed Board Certified Massage Technician. She specializes in creating unique massages that fit your indiviudal needs. Her training includes Swedish Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic Stretching,  & Sinus Drainage techniques. Samantha has been with The Upper Cut for almost 4 years. 

Debbie has been a nail tech for 20 years. She studied at the Dover Beauty Academy, and attended many continuing education classes. She specializes in gel manicures, spa manicures, classic and spa pedicures as well as acrylic and gel nails. Gel Polish, OPI Gel Color, Shellac, Gelish, Gel II, acrylics, Brisagel nails, spa pedicures and manicures.

Emily has been a licensed nail therapist for 15 years and specializes in gel polishes for manicures and pedicures. She does facial waxing and brow tinting.
